- Online One-on-One Nutrition Consultation: Personalized diet plans based on individual assessments and bi-weekly consultation sessions for progress tracking and adjustments.
- Nutrition Consultation with Expert Doctor Guidance: Includes all features of the standard nutrition consultation along with online doctor consultations for medical needs such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and maternity care.
- Training and Workout Plans
- Online One-on-One Training Sessions: Dedicated personal training focusing on strength training, mobility, and posture correction, with bi-weekly progress tracking and goal setting.
- Customized Written Plans for Workout and Training: Personalized written workout plans based on individual assessments, including video links of exercises and medical guidance if needed, with continuous tracking and prompt response to queries.
- Online Single Session Training Plan: A one-hour dedicated one-on-one online training session suitable for those with a dynamic schedule who prefer not to have a monthly subscription plan, focusing on posture correction and individual goals.
- Yoga Sessions
- Online One-on-One Yoga Session: A one-hour session focused on holistic well-being, including pranayama, meditation, flexibility, mobility, and strength, with expert monitoring and regular goal setting.
- Online Group Yoga Session: A one-hour group yoga session online, covering holistic well-being, pranayama, meditation, flexibility, mobility, and strength, with a focus on posture correction.
- Yoga Single Session: A one-hour dedicated yoga session suitable for those with a dynamic schedule who prefer not to have a monthly subscription plan, including pranayama, meditation, flexibility, mobility, and strength.
