My trainer was one of the fittest people I knew who could walk the talk regarding fitness.

I was overweight and was completely unfit even though I was an athlete in my college days and still playing sports for recreation.
Thing you liked and couldn’t do
I love all outdoor sports like cricket, basketball, and volleyball. I couldn’t play it at a high level like corporate matches and open tournaments.
Any injuries you had before
I had a recurring shoulder dislocation
What did you understand about workouts
Working out with Abhisht, I realized I still have the potential to be my old athletic self with consistency and discipline. The personal care and knowledge he provide gives you a sense of belief that you are improving over time. I get a sense of accomplishment each time I finish a session.
How nutrition helped you and what you understood when it comes to food
Eating healthy food over time has made me realize how much we overeat. It has made me want to eat healthy forever.
What changes as a person you saw in yourself from before to after the transformation
My mood is always good. A little less lazy. 😁. Drastic enhancement on my sporting activities. Knowledge and acknowledgment towards a healthy have increased. Overall, this new version is how I want to be for the rest of my life.

I was 17 years old when I first met Abhisht and at that time weights were new for me. I was 118kg on that time, unsure about how to start, and didn't have much confidence initially. But with Abhisht guidance and support through , everything changedand i lost 35 kgs yess 35 kg and gained tremendous strength, muscle, and confidence. Abhisht training pattern not only transformed my body but also shifted my mindset toward a healthier lifestyleand yes it takes years. Now its been 4+ years since i am with Abhisht and still excited for our next session every time.
With my busy travel schedule, I didn’t think it would be possible to stay consistent with workouts but online training with Abhisht from healthSculpt made it easier for me to stay consistent. I hired HealthSculpt in October last year. I wanted to lose weight and gain strength while learning the in’s and outs of weight training myself.
HealthSculpt workouts have been super beneficial for me as I saw great results. Every variation that Abhisht gives, he has a proper reason and motivation behind giving that variation of an exercise. The workouts are very versatile, consisting of HIIT, yoga, mobility and weight training. Even if you have a minimal setup at home, Abhisht will know how to get the best out of those equipments and he will have you panting and sweating in no time.
Abhisht has helped my lose 8kgs in the past year while developing muscle strength and improving mobility. He also helped me achieve my first pull-up and my first calisthenic variation.
You just never get bored as Abhisht has all in for you including yoga, HIIT, and animal flow and many other patterns which made online training not only effective but also incredibly interesting.My posture back has improved significantly specially shoulder forwarding and my lower back has become much stronger. Training made me realise fitness is much more than just lifting.
Dancing has always been a stress buster for me but due to sudden pains, it sometimes felt uncomfortable. With our online training ,i was able to lose weight while still doing what I love.
